ISOCC has established a long tradition as an annual conference providing the premier SoC design forum for worldwide researchers from academia and industries. ISOCC 2019 welcomes technical papers in the field of semiconductor circuits and systems presenting new advanced concept and developments in analog and digital circuit and system design, theory, simulation, modeling, experimental implementations and experiences, and emerging technologies in the system-on-a-chip area. ISOCC 2019 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE CAS Society. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
ISOCC 2019 will be held from October 6th to 9th, 2019 at the Ramada-Plaza Jeju Hotel, Jeju, Korea. Jeju island has been the most favorite venue in ISOCC history for its beautiful volcanic island nature and convenient flight access from world. Jeju, as the southernmost and largest island of Korea, was created by volcanic eruptions that occurred millions of years ago. The island has significant academic values as well as marvelous natural landscapes. Dominated by Halla Mountain (1,950 m) at its center, Jeju also has many parasitic cones (called “Oreum”), vast open pastures, lovely trekking courses (called ‘Olle-gil’), beautiful beaches, waterfalls, national parks, caves, and forests. We believe that you will like Jeju if you are either the first-time visitor or have visited the island several times already.
A selection of the top accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version for ETRI Journal which is one of SCI journals.
